If you are under investigation or have been charged with a misdemeanor or felony in state or federal court, I can help. For clients who face charges of drunk driving, drug crimes, or other charges, including white collar crime, homicide and assault, deserve a strong defense. I argued in front of the U.S. Supreme Court in the only childhood vaccine case to date to go before that court, and I have represented many victims of vaccine injuries in the Court of Federal Claims, located in Washington, D.C..

I have experience helping children and their families find relief from health department harassment about vaccines made "mandatory" by state laws. I have successfully challenged mandatory vaccination in state and federal courts.
